We are thrilled to announce a series of major updates to the accsifysecurity, ensuring data , and delivering a world-class, accessible user experience.

Whether you are a solo creator or collaborating in teams, these new features provide unmatched protection and control for your forms

1. Trace Every Change with Form Activity Timelines

When multiple team members work together, keeping track of changes is critical. We have introduced a Form History that keeps everyone aligned, introducing a permanent activity log for secure collaboration

• Permanent Auditing: Every key interaction—from editing questions, changing form status, inviting collaborators, to updating settings—is permanently recorded.
• Audit Integrity: To prevent a bad actor from covering their tracks, collaborators cannot delete or purge history records. Only the form owner has the authority to delete the form itself or clear the history log, ensuring high-grade security
• Timeline UI: Owners and collaborators can view a clean, visual timeline inside the builder to see exactly who made what change, and when.

2. Advanced Response Cleanup Controls

Managing submissions is now easier than ever. From the Responses Tab, owners and editors have full control over data cleanup to better align with data privacy

• Delete Individual Answers: Remove specific test submissions or spam with a single click.
• Bulk Clear Responses: Empty your response list in one action to restart collection or reset the form.
• History Tracking: For maximum safety, every response deletion or bulk clear is instantly logged in the form history timeline, detailing which teammate cleared the data.

3. Seamless Form Previews for Collaborators

Testing your form layout is essential before sharing it with responders. We have unlocked preview permissions for the entire team to boost daily productivity

• Bypass Restrictions: Form owners and invited collaborators can preview the form at any stage (even in draft, unpublished, or locked states) to verify changes.
• Real-Time Layout Audits: Ensure question flows, descriptions, and conditional sections look correct before going live.

4. Polished Collaborator Invites & Easy Exits

Inviting teammates and managing active memberships is now smoother and more secure, improving team collaboration

• Email Invitation System: Invited collaborators receive an automated email invitation with a direct access link.
• Self-Exit (Leave Collaboration): If you no longer wish to participate in a shared form, you can exit the project directly with a single click from the Collaboration tab.

5. Smart Form Deletion with 7-Day Grace Periods

Accidentally deleting a form that has active responses can be catastrophic. To prevent data loss, we have redesigned the form removal process with a built-in safety net for security

• Immediate Deletion: If your form is a draft or has received zero answers, requesting deletion will remove it immediately.
• 7-Day Grace Period: If your form contains responses, it will be placed in a Deletion Queue for 7 days.
• Cancel Anytime: During this 7-day period, you can log in and cancel the deletion request instantly, restoring full service.
• Access Lockdown: While a form is queued for deletion, the public URL goes out of service immediately, protecting responder data.

6. Editor Locking During Pending Deletions

To ensure data integrity, when a form is scheduled for deletion, the editor environment enters a Lockdown Mode:

• Visual Warning Banner: A clear notice appears at the top of the Form Builder workspace warning you that the form is scheduled for cleanup.
• Editing Blocked: The Questions, Settings, Collaboration, and Responses tabs are locked. You cannot modify questions, invite new users, or change configurations.
• Safety Control Active: The only action available in the danger zone is the option to Cancel Deletion, which immediately unlocks the form for editing.

7. URL Hijack Protection (One-Year Slug Reservation)

Once a form is deleted, its unique link (URL slug) becomes vacant. If someone else quickly registers the same slug, they could claim your old traffic.

To block this exploit and preserve security

• One-Year Lockout: When a form slug is deleted or changed, the system automatically registers the old URL as reserved.
• Hijack Prevention: That slug is blacklisted and cannot be claimed by any other user for a full year.

8. Better Accessibility & Internationalized Hotkeys

We believe in making web applications usable for everyone, designed with a strong focus on accessibility

• Accessible Dialog Modal: The form deletion confirmation process has been upgraded to a fully accessible dialog overlay (
